We have a live chat feature on our website that allows users to contact a member of our team instantly. We use a widget called ‘Olark’ to do this, and some personal information is required to start a chat with us. This information is then put on our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Salesforce.
We use a Facebook Pixel and Google Ads Tracking Code across our website to send useful information back to Facebook and Google about how our website users are interacting with the sites. We may then use that information to target and display more relevant content in the form of paid advertising to users who have previously interacted with our website, or to those who may be similar to that audience.
